1. Who we are
S1M.IO ("we", "us", "our") provides prepaid travel eSIM data plans delivered digitally. By purchasing a plan or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
We resell mobile data connectivity supplied by licensed network operators and eSIM aggregators. When you buy a plan, we deliver an eSIM profile (QR code and manual activation details) to the order page and to your email address. Connectivity itself is provided by the underlying operator in each destination.
- Plans are prepaid and limited by data volume and validity period, whichever ends first.
- Coverage, speed, and network availability vary by country and operator and are not guaranteed.
- Plans are data-only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. Check before purchase using our device compatibility page.
- Provide an accurate email address — it is where we deliver your eSIM.
- Each eSIM profile can typically be installed once, on one device. Deleting an installed profile may permanently consume it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, or network abuse. We may suspend service for violations.
4. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details. Taxes may apply depending on your billing location.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: unused, uninstalled eSIMs are refundable within 30 days; installed or partially used plans generally are not, except where the service could not be provided.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed connections, roaming charges on other SIMs, or lost business, nor for outages caused by underlying network operators or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Accounts and termination
You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support; active plans remain usable until expiry.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
